I was blog hopping and found one interesting issue to talk about.
leading issues, but anyway I'm not against the person but the matter so here it goes.
A question: Now people will ask will leader have low EQ?
Everyone agrees that people are not perfect, lacking completeness or I should say imperfect knowledge. Noone knows everything except God.
But I can tell you that from my point of view God put a leader in your life for a reason, for a purpose, for your goodness sake. So when you say you will only obey God, start obeying your leader first. If you think milk chokes you, den dont go for rice.
I believe it is not just a position but it is the perfect leader for you to learn from.
because God say all things work together for good to those who love Him.
I can be your bestfriend, be your good friend, be your brother but I cant agree on what you thinks. I hope you understand.
You can rebel or stop what you do not want to do BUT you will never grow.
You will stay where you are. A wrong decision leads to destruction, a wrong thinking leads to a wrong path. Years to come, you will see yourself going back to the same place, same point.
Scoldings maybe hard, Discipleship maybe fearful. You know the best it is for our own good, because of love.
Only something will stop you from listening to the heart of God which is your high or inordinate opinion of your own dignity, break your pride and follow God.
If you know everything, you will have the position to be the leader but not the other.
Even if you are the one, you must still have a open, willing and humble heart to learn.
The main question is servant's heart.
I learnt.
Servant never chooses the master while the servant serve whoever, whatever, when ever needed.
Even if the master is evil, servant serve. Be the light than shows the way, be the faithful one that walks the path.
Leader is not about having authority, it is about serving people.
when you serve, you are a leader. Every leader are willing to serve their people, that makes them a leader.
Stop winning people by changing their thinking to what you think but start serving people and loving them, win their hearts and you will be become their leader.
I will start serving people, are you ready to go for it?
